I'm Chinese and I enjoy American "Chinese" food once in awhile. Can't remember the last time I went to Panda Express though, it's from the family owned joints.

Not a lot of cheese in Chinese food. Only cheese in lobster that I know of (not sure if restaurants still have on their menu). Cheese is more of Koreans' thing.

What up y’all! Wanted to share this years Vegan/Vegetarian Thanksgiving my wife and I had. Not a lot of good seeing as it was just the two of us and we couldn’t make it home to be with our families because of our work schedules. Maybe next year. Let me know what y’all think.
