Some mediocre steak tacos at a lunch spot by my office

finally tried the Popeyes chicken sandwich, and I think I enjoyed it more than a cfa sandwich, and I didn’t even need to ask for it well done

Nando's is a South African grilled chicken restaurant. They use a special sauce called peri-peri on all their chicken. They also put peri-peri in some their sauces. On our table we had the garlic, medium hot and wild herb sauces.

I just got a simple grilled chicken sandwich () with arugula and tomatoes, seasoned fries and Portuguese rice.

Final product. Topped with a little Parmesan. Was happy with how it came out, but if I make it again will add more seasoning and more tomatoes.

Speaking of BBQ, gonna repurpose my leftovers from Hometown BBQ last night to make eggs benedict with the pastrami bacon instead of ham. Also gonna make home fries with one of the other proteins incorporated into it. I'm thinking about using the sausage, but my friends are telling me I'm wrong and that I should be using the lamb belly, beef rib, or the brisket.
