If they are the exact same material as the wheats then these things are extremely easy to clean :\ you don't need to be careful or coat them with anything... just wear em.

Recieved my gf foams from sns, glad I was able to cop them at that price, after intitally passing on rd. I know I would regret it down the line. One of my fav foam cw in a couple of years, other than the my usual boring black based ones.
