It is healthy to be "obese," though.
I'm clinically labeled "obese" but I'm a powerlifter. It doesn't account for all the muscle I have hidden underneath my fat. At my height of 5'3, and my current weight of 355 lbs, I can bench press 185 lbs, squat 225, and deadlift 245.
