I already said that they won’t make it in time, when the Renault went through the exit at turn 1

Hülkenbergs outlap was a shame.

Nonetheless a good result for Mercedes. I’m optimistic for tomorrow.

I'm happy Lewis is on the 2nd row with Bottas protection. If it's Leclerc and Lewis after T1 then it'll be a case of tire management and long run pace. Lewis has a good chance.

Not sure why Vettel's time wasn't deleted because that looked like all 4 wheels off the line.

I expect some penalties across the board though

I guess the angle of this camera is misleading. On the onboard camera it seems, that Vettel was not behind the white line.
Unfortunately I don’t have a link to the onboard replay...
