F1 Official Thread - Grand Prix of Britain

I'm literally feeling sick...

After all what happened at the start, it still ends with a Merc 1-2. Good strategy by them. They love those mediums.

Max Ves turned into a cry baby over winter. Didn't remember him making this much noise last year.

Should be a great season.

Max needs to grow up and get on with it... none of that entitlement BS.

But Ferrari really screwed themselves...

Oy!!!  :rolleyes  :lol

At least they said that they were pleasantly surprised as they were expecting they'd be lower down the grid... and that racepace should be better.

If Fernando wasn't as chunky as he was today, I bet he would've been much quicker. :p Good to see he's okay.

Well, that red flag messed up Ferrari's race. :\ Got my hopes up after one hell of a start! :eek :hat

Anyway, good race; good to have F1 back. Ferrari is closer this season, but still can't close the gap to the Mercs just yet.

Mark Webber: "My old mate, Seb"... yeah right. :lol

Grosjean kicking some Haas this race. Good show. Solid race from Jolyon Palmer too.

Max needs to stop whining like a kid. He couldn't pass Carlos anyway. Lol

I also have to say, I like the choice of 3 tyres. At least that's one change that worked well.

Alonso - "... super happy that I'm alive..."

Puts into perspective that motorsport is dangerous.

Alonso - "I tried until the last minute to race in Bahrain after the accident in Australia, have been hard days logically after such an impact, but until the last second I try to race to help the team after the incredible work they have done this week. I understand the position of the FIA doctors and now I will try to help my teammate @svandoorne to make the most of the weekend. Thanks to everyone #mclarenhonda #oneTeam"

Looking forward to how he does in the race.
