ive had 80+ positive feedback since 2002

this dude is gonna mess things up. i put the games in as a bonus, technically the auction was only for the system, 2 controlls, and a memory card. dude paid $29 SHIPPED for it... the shipping was $12.50. i made like no profit whatsoever after the fees and crap... smh... i offered to send back $4 (hes asking 10, only paid 6 for shipping) i thought my offer was fair. i mean $25 for for a console, 2 controls, cord, memory card, and 4 games. come on man.

i feel like this guy is just jerkin me.

Refund him the 10, both the controllers arent working correctly. he could file a claim and u would have to refund 29

so far these two rants are the sellers fault

Ebay is %@$!+@%!. I paid $400 for two front row tickets to Lil Wayne, Drake (before SFG) Gym Class Heroes, Keyshia Cole. When i get there the seats were the front row to the 2nd SECTION. like there were 16 rows in front of me. I was FURIOUS because i told my girl like yea i got front row tickets cuz i THOUGHT i did.

when i got home the first thing I did was contact the seller.

ebay/paypal decided that my claim didn't warrant a partial refund

It's a buyer's market the minute I realized that from some friends I wouldn't even think of trying to sell stuff..

I can't believe I am actually defending ebay cuz i hate their tactics as well but I have to ask.....

Is it ebays fault you didnt look at the section/row/seat on a seating chart for the venue before buying the ticket??

That is the truth right there.  All of the rules are setup to protect the buyer and screw the seller.  It is impossible to get ripped off if you are smart buyer.  Paypal will give the money back to the buyer in 100% of the cases.  Its major BS.

I'm a buyer and only sold 3 things on ebay in my life. I never sell because I been using ebay long enough to know it only benefits the buyers and not the seller. I have never left a negative feedback in my life either because I pick and choose the items I buy.

But I have gotten negative before in the past for non paying bidder in my early ebay days. (around middle school.)

But yeah as a seller it must suck to get negative feedback if you have a perfect record. Can you dispute the negative feedback and get it removed ?

i don't blame dudes for doing the $1 buy it now with shipping being the actual cost but if you get caught up on it that's on you pretty much.

like it was stated earlier, ebay is a buyers market, and with the rediculous seller fees, i rather just sell on here, or craigslist most of the time because i don't wanna support blood sucking bastards like ebay.
