Ex boss trying to be slick and not send me my final paycheck. He responds to my text messages, but not my emails or calls. If i take this to court can Ishow our convo to the judge? And will it build my case?

It might, not sure though. Not to clown you OP, but every time someone comes here looking for legal advice, I think of someone walking into Harvey Birdman's office looking for legal consultation

I'm going to say Yes,

but no in most cases considering the "source"
technically you can fool around with your phone

if you can get access to your texts on a pc or phone bill then maybe.

You could use the text messages in a court case. Just tell your "ex-boss" that you intend on taking him to court, and he should give you your pay check to avoid court. Now, will the text messages help build your case? Depends what they say.

Don't know why there's a debate here. If what's in the text messages is relevant to the case, then anything communicated is admissible. Service providers can provide a detailed history of your text convos.
