DISNEYLAND/DISNEYWORLD APPRECIATION!!! PUT IN UR ORDER FOR AN NT DISNEY SPIRIT JERSEY NOW!!!

you might be surprised, they pretty much experimented with wdw so DL should be smoother... with that said, downtown disney is going crazy crowded on the weekends with some lines to get in some store upping to 2-3 hours, local ap holders are itchin’ to get in the land

with that said, a silver spira is coming to wdw tomorrow and disney got me with another $100 gift card once the land opens up

They sold these yesterday for some 65th Anniversary Pin event at Downtown Disney. Didn’t hear if they were going to sell them again. Seems like it was only for yesterday’s event.

I still need to get one of those gift cards.

seriously and by the time we are allowed again at DL, a new rounds of price increase will be in place

Isn't that the truth. Everything is going to have an increase, even the small things. All that money lost from being closed, they'll have to earn it back somehow. We'd probably see 30-40 dollar popcorn buckets. :smh:

Are the gift cards reloadable?

Yes, they are.

Maybe the park will be reopened by 2023...Then we’ll all be able enjoy the new ride when it opens 🤷‍♂️...

there are talks online that they should create wakanda in the parks not just in honor of boseman but also for the culture and i think i foudn the perfect place for it in DL....

demolish nemos sub and autopia and make that whole land like batuu but wakanda and its actually perfect fit in tomorrowland, they have advance techs and the city is actually very futuristic with a good mix of being grounded

they can even use the little lake thingy in a cool way and not really have to get rid of it fully

plus i just really do not see the point of waste of a space sub and autopia in the land

Nailed it!

If Tron can anchor the new Tomorrowland in Florida then why can’t Wakanda anchor it in California..

That's where my old department use to be where I would train the newbs. So crazy to see all of that come down for the new ride.

A Wakanda land would be dope! Make it happen! Sacrifice the Downtown Disney parking if you have to for space. but having it in Tomorrowland would fit with the futuristic theme.

wheres your new office at now?

i believe cm‘s has to park off-site now, right?

^ They split it into several buildings now. I know our scheduling team was suppose to be moved offsite like somewhere in Fullerton, but they all moved into some buildings a few sections down from the new ride.

I know our scheduling team was suppose to be moved offsite like somewhere in Fullerton, but they all moved into some buildings a few sections down from the new ride. While other parts got moved to a new building that was built the same time as Galaxy's Edge, pretty much sits behind it which is pretty cool.

I park in the lot where the Downtown Disney guests park. We also been parking where the old Downtown Disney parking was too. I don't know know if that would change once I go back. Other CM's have been relocated to several lots like the first two floors of Mickey & Friends. Once they closed down that big lot off Katella by Garden Walk; everyone was separated by the other 4 lots (one off Ball, one off Harbor, one off Manchester, and the Downtown one)
Hold up
U a CM???
Club 33 hookup???
8o

^ Yeah I am. Unfortunately, we don't have the plug for Club 33. :frown: Still trying to get in myself by trying to find someone who is a member.

Would be dope if Disneyland partnered with someone to deliver Disney food haha. I notice some of the MLB teams are doing it.

I'm sad AF but in hindsight I'm glad the family and I were able to go in February before this craziness occurred. Not going to lie though, I was the sickest I've ever been in my life a week afterward and was diagnosed w/ bronchitis. Not saying it was from Disneyland, but also can't rule it out. Protocols weren't in place at the time and the urgent care doctor didn't refer me for a COVID test.

:smh: all these years an no inside info been posted here
I am disappointed

Haha I stopped posting/frequenting Niketalk back in like 2010. Just been lurking since then. This pandemic/quarantine got me browsing regularly in General once again. plus too many snitches everywhere when it comes to these inside info getting pinpointed back to the source. All the training courses we have to do yearly for all that too just to remain on the low.
