ahhh i've had some ill !+% muscle spasms from working out. abs and around the ribs are the worst because it puts the clamp down around the heart and lungs. have you feeling like death is coming lol. i get em in my quads and hammies occasionally if i go too hard for too long on the court without proper nourishment. haha and yea the sweat that comes with a muscle spasm be hilarious!! dont let nobody see you, they definitely gon call ems lmao. i just want to hav my cramps in peace.
