its not about his shots. its the fact that he brings the ball up the court, holds it for 10 seconds, dribbles it between his legs for 5 seconds and then shoots a three.  the rest of the team just stands there. thats a problem, even if he makes it.

now that he is out of the game, the rest of the team looks lost. the lakers dont have a #2 option that can create so now the rest of the guys are just waiting for Kobe to come in to save them

Well put, Phil Jackson tried to get Kobe to play in the flow of the game and never pre-determine his shots. I used to see Kobe score 8 points in a row and go to the bench to a pissed off Jackson. Lol
It's a lose-lose man.

He shoots a lot, he's back to being selfish.
He shoots too little, he's trying too hard to get assists.
This is such horses***t, and I read/hear people saying it too much.

It's not a lose-lose situation if...
... our winning percentage is more in one situation than the other.
... the amount of criticism he gets is SIGNIFICANTLY less in one situation than the other.
... the amount of praise he gets is SIGNIFICANTLY more in one situation than the other.

Actually, ain't you the same one who tried to pull the "If he shoots too little, people say he quit" card... because of one damn game 7 yrs ago?

Trying all these new angles to make it a bad thing when it's a win-win... literally.

I love Kobe but come on, shoot the ball more. since coming back in he's passed up two good shots leading to two missed easy lay ups by Howard.

 quitting on his team.

 at Devin Harris.

Two terrible decisions at the end of each quarter. Lou Williams, he is not.

Hawks 0 Offensive Rebounds.. Dwight did a good job of not allowing guys through to get offensive boards for second chance points.. (Unfortunately when he went out for 5 minutes, the Hawks went on fire).

9 & 11..

Missed a gimme layup and that alley from Kobe..

Other than that, he's getting there.

Where the hell was Metta that half?
He got benched in the second for selfish play.

Forced a three pointer and ignored Dwight to drive into traffic in the second. :smh: At least Blake provided some ball movement in his absence.
