How isn't it his fault? Is it a coincidence that he left NYK and now they're the best team in the NBA?
Let's be real, Lakers are the best team on paper and we should be getting the job done. It is MDA's fault because he should be motivating/telling them about putting in effort to play or if he is doing it he's not doing it the right way. The Lakers should of bought into his system if they truly believed in him; for example look at the Knicks. That offense looks horrible too, Idgaf if Pau and Nash aren't playing they still will lose games due to defense. Thirty minutes of working on defense out of supposedly an hour not good enough and it damn right shows.
EDIT: Knicks are the oldest team in the NBA. They sure play with no effort.
