Anyways, I'm curious: What is the idea "system" or style of play offensively and defensively for this current roster?

Not enough minutes for Hill & Jamison... Too many minutes for Ebanks & Meeks, Nash and MWP..

You want to run a rotation, you eventually have to put Jamison at the 3.. Or put Jamison & Hill together which will be a disaster whether it is 1:30 or 5 mins

At one point in the game yesterday Randy Foye hit 3 threes on them... Not sure if it was consecutive 3's but what I don't understand is how do you collapse on D when you have Dwight Howard in the paint to swat pretty much everything that is not a jumpshot... The Lakers cut it to like 4 before the barrage of 3's happened... It's little details like this that prove that coaching is not up to par and that Mike Brown and his staff will not be successful with the makeup of this team...

Im not even a Lakers fan... I'm in Vegas tho and I bet the NBA heavy so I watch pretty much every NBA team as much as possible. The books love what's happening with the Lakers tho because they are a public team and are heavily bet on night in and night out. I've made a pretty penny doing the exact opposite.

Somethings gotta give because at this rate they might not even make the playoffs...

Every spot adds up to about 48, cept Jamison should be at 14 to Pau's 34.

Stop putting Jamison at 3, its ridiculous.

This is the problem with the rotation for these 5 backups and an inept starter...
Can you see why it creates a problem... When Hill deserves the playing time he gets.. And Jamison playing will take Hill's minutes.. Unless you want to play Jamison & Hill together, which everyone is against taking both Howard & Pau out at the same time.
So he moves Jamison to a position he has played before.. In an offense he has played in before with 2 coaches he's played for.. In order to allow Hill to get his minutes...
With Jamison supposed to being the biggest scoring option, that means we now have less minutes at SF... No one cares about Jamison's defense, if they did, we wouldn't have signed him.. Ebanks deserves some time, Metta I guess deserves some time.. Sure I agree Meeks should play.. So now we close out more time.. Meeks will still not play the minutes he should get.
Can it be done.. Yes.. It takes more than 5 or 6 lineups throughout a night... Unless you want Jamison to play the 3 where it can be done a little bit easier.

its pointless to discuss any playing time minutes, what position cause at this rate Mike brown will be only playing 1-2 bench players while making other players play in positions they arnt natural in.

I guarantee that he will keep using nash as an off ball player when nash is back.

The Mavs have 4 new starters and 9 new players. They kicked our butt on opening day without Dirk and so far have won more games than us.

Anyone who still think the Lakers are going to win a championship under Mike Brown right now should go get their head check
