I used to go to the country with my grandpa and not even need to take my own bait. There were crickets and grasshoppers allllll over the place. After I became the master baiter, i was catching fish left and right.

Yeah, why cant they?

The white plastic circle is too slippery for the crickets to hold onto.  So when it's pushed down, all the crickets can do
is climb to the top of the wire cage.
