I'll always give an actor the benefit of the doubt till I see the performance.

???Just can't see Jake as Batman. Nobody wants to see a little squirt as Batman. He could be Robin. Size matters.
I'm a big Jake fan. I think he could easily play the role. Bruce Wayne does not require much acting ability. Being Batman is simple as ****.
With that said I would prefer him to just wait for that Marvel role if he wants to be a superhero and avoid the controversy and negativity that surrounds DC. Don't want to see his career veer off the road.
He's older than Ben, would run into the same issues they have now.I personally would like Jon Hamm. Definitely has the build for the role.
???
Clooney is 5'11, Keaton is 5'9, Bale is 6'0, Affleck is 6'4, Kilmer is 6'0, West was 6'2.
Jake Gyllenhaal is 5'11. Far from a little squirt. Plus we've all seen how he looks ripped. Add in movie magic and he won't look like a little guy at all.
He was considered at the time and I totally see it. He was suppose to replace Tobey had Tobey not been on board for SM4 & 5.Yeah this is right. he was originally supposed to be Spider-Man instead of Tobi right? I think he’s been waiting for a superhero role for awhile.
Waste of his talent and time.Been wanting Jake as Red Hood, not batman.
Waste of his talent and time.
They getting a bunch of lower level actors to play all those Robins.
Its not 100% confirmed its Jake coming on as the new Bruce is it?
