Theres this other guy I know of.

He only really makes custom Comic Book figures, but whatever you want done, I'm sure he'll comply to your requests.

He doesn't just custom paint. He can sculpt stuff onto the figure too. Amazing.

He can even make a figure of yourself if you want.
