Other than Rakuten, I also use Be Frugal. The advantage for Be Frugal is that you decide when you want to get the cashback. However, the cashback verification for each retailer varies. When I accumulate a certain amount, I cash out. I believe $35 is the minimum to cash out.

Most of my purchases are for NDC. I usually compare between the two cashback sites, and use whoever has the higher cashback %. Cashback is usually higher (~10%) during holiday promos. With that said, it's best to use multiple cashback sites and compare which one will give you most.
