I don´t dispute your contention, but my Georgia-rooted mother fed us SPAM and not scrapple.

I will say that I do see scrapple eaten a lot in the South/Northeast tho.

i just called my father and asked him.

He said it was brought over by american GIs and it was not cheap.

One of my white childhood friends family used to wear their shoes while laying on their bed. Straight nasty. They would even lay across the couch with their shoes on.
