Apparently I am the only one, even though I bought it up to the hommie Aries who has 19 kids at 31 (and probably even more stds) and is perpetually in some and he had never heard of it other than the obvious G spot.

In reality, most of these dudes who actually get buns don't even do none of that !%+#, they just beat it up and dip.  That still works though, extra !%+# not always necessary.  You keep that !%+# in the cut for long term relationships.
