Cheap things you do vol. every dollar counts

Not correcting a cashiers mistake is being cheap?

I dont think you understand the topic fam, thats not being cheap cause thats not your mistake. No ones correcting an item rung up wrong. :lol

I take toilet paper from my job.
The vending machine is free so best believe I have a nice little snack cabinet at home.
We can drink at my job so I just took a 6-pack of German beer and it's really good
I take showers at work
I never throw away food and try to eat everything in my kitchen

I got 10 4 packs of butter once for 1.50 ea. But the cashier charged me for 4 instead of 10.

Walked out like I just robbed a bank.

I've been doing price/oz for lotion or anything in terms of food.

Usually the smaller units are a better deal.

I price match big ticket items through Amazon whenever I shop at Target or Best Buy.

Used to work for a parking company and I guess I got used to not paying for parking so now I absolutely HATE paying for parking anywhere.

I know I shouldn't but I'll just follow the person in front of me out. [emoji]128532[/emoji][emoji]128532[/emoji][emoji]128532[/emoji][emoji]128532[/emoji][emoji]128532[/emoji][emoji]128532[/emoji]

Cut my own hair

Work on my own car

Shop online instead of going to a store. Things are a lot cheaper

Hope your son is proud he has a scumbag father. Way to set an example :{
-My eldest son is 13 years old, he's 10 every time we go eat at a buffet.

-I take straws and utensils from Chipotle

-At California Chicken Cafe, I order a salad with Hot chicken. When I get it I get hot chicken in it but I tell the server that I meant a breast and a wing. They bring that Breast and Wing right out and I stay with my hot chicken.

-In N Out, you order your burger and eat it half way. Tell them the center is too pink for your liking and they will make you a new one. If the manager is cool, they will give you a coupon worth a full meal for next time.

-If the cashier charges me incorrectly for an item, I stay quiet and walk out like I won the lotto. Went to Smart and Final (store kinda like costco) and I asked them to charge me for 8 bags of 20 pounds of ice.
the cashier charged me for 8 bags of reusable plastic bags at $.10 each in stead of ice. I did not say a dam word. That saved me like $30

-When at the grocery store, I use self checkout. I punch in codes for the cheaper stuff. Example, Small Avocados are $.69 each while large are $2.99 each. So I grab 4 large avocados and punch in the codes for the smaller ones.
This also works with apples. I love large Fuji apples, so instead of punching in the code for large apples, I punch in the code for smaller apples.

-Vallarta supermarket, freshly baked bread is 3 for $1. We put 8 in the bag and eat 2 while walking around.

I put thrifty gas in my truck
I dont pay for soda
I dont use condoms
I buy all my electronics used
I do work on my own instead of hiring others
I refill water bottles

Man I'm so glad I started cutting my own hair. Barber use to charge me $18.  Once I got my new job, I bought my own clippers off Amazon (Wahl clippers that are blue/white with the color code for each guard written on it) and started cutting my own hair. Only thing I might need a barber for is a lineup.

Online shopping is a gift and a curse. The good thing is I find a lot of stuff for way cheaper online. The bad thing is I find a lot of stuff for way cheaper on line which makes me spend more than I would in store because I'm scared I might miss out on the deals.

I had that clipper. Once you get the technique down, graduate to the wahl Senior :smokin

Lineups aren't that hard. Get the andis outliner and zero gap it for those crispy lines :smokin

Hate paying for parking unless I'm with someone and feel obligated. Would rather do free parking and walk 30 minutes to the place than pay 10 bucks for parking.

BIGGEST ONE IS DEFINITELY CUTTING MY OWN HAIR..

HONORABLE MENTIONS:

BUYING BIGGER BOTTLES OF LIQUOR TO LAST TWO WEEKENDS
PREGAMING BEFORE GOING OUT TO PARTY/SOCIAL EVENTS
REUSING THE CONDOM......... JK :lol

So you mean you wait to see someone exiting and then follow closely behind them and watch them pay and the bar goes up? What if you don't see any leaving? You just chill in the parking lot for a few hours?

I was thinking about getting some cordless clippers. Would definitely make my job a little easier.

:lol I buy big bottles and pre game , but it doesn't have anything to do with saving money.

So the movie theater would do free refills on popcorn and soda, right? Dunno if he still does this but my boy would take popcorn bags and soda cups out the garbage at the movies so he could get em for free. He'd put a little hole in them so that the concession stand would just give him a new one. I've seen this work for him a handful of times. I would just :{ every time.

Personally I just skip the popcorn and soda when I go to the movies. I could stand to lose a few pounds but it's mostly cause I'm cheap. Also, I rarely go to the movies and just rely on the interwebs

Lol saw a guy in a 3 series follow behind someone out of the paid parking lot, the gate slammed down on his roof

.

How do you have a BMW but too cheap to pay $2 for parking lol.

If he's driving a 3 series he must've penny pinched to get one and is struggling now.

Lol I wouldn't doubt it. I see the 3 series as the car that most people get when they really can't afford a BMW.
