UA never did anything with Joel, nothing. Like how do you have dude coming off an MVP year, after being in the convo for the last several years and he did most of it in the same exact shoe. Hopefully Sketchers hits him off with a sig. Aside from the other guys that they picked up, Joel is “the guy”.

What Skechers and these other brands need to do is stop trying to impose their branding in the same areas Nike puts their Swooshes (middle of the sneaker).
Make some fire designs with minimal or covert branding. That big “S” ain’t it fam. Same with “NB” for New Balance.
Edit - Puma is doing a good job of this currently. And the “S” on the BBall model isn’t that bad. I like it placed to the back of the shoe.

Agreed. The Embiid 1 was/is a solid shoe. Trained/played in them. Got them for dirt cheap DS. It would’ve been nice to have access to merch, a full rollout etc. I blame social media. We do the marketing for these brands for free.
