Ok so one of my homeboys is 19 and his girl is 16 the age of consent here is 18, another part to the law is that the person can be within 4 years and it is still legal.
Actual law for the legal heads:
Last night the girl invited my friend over to her aunt's house where her and her mother were staying over last night. One thing to take note about the girl's mom is she knows that these two have been in a relationship for over a year but she doesn't want them to be together because he's white and she's black.
Anyway .. he went over and she snuck him in through the back door and into her room once he got there the girl's mom came in the room looking for him right as he got there. The girl did the hide the person in the closet routine.. Her moms comes in spazzing completely and searched her room and was trying to make the girl open the closet door
. His gf wouldn't let her mom get in the closet so her moms called the boys in blue
. The girl moved him behind a chair with some pillows over him
and told him to just stay there.
The cops show up and they pull out a stun gun and told him to come out a couple of times and that they were going to use the stun gun on him because he didn't come out the first time. So he comes out and the cops ended up not using the stun gun him so the girls mom was going hysterical but they told him he was legal to be with her and they let him go.
Today she texts him saying "aww s***" and he texted back with "what?" and the girls mother texted back telling him to delete her number and she was going to take him to court for trespassing and a bunch of other threats
.
Is he good?
