Floss before brushing finish with mouth-wash
So do you only brush your teeth before breakfast? You don't ALSO brush it after eating? And I don't get the reasoning in thinking you would have to brush your teeth twice.
waking up with a dry mouth isnt normalBefore b/c you're literally supposed to due to having built up bacteria from all those hours of dry mouth.
Not dry mouth dry mouth, but dry compared to during the day mouth. And not drinking for hours does commonly cause dehydration to regular beings.waking up with a dry mouth isnt normal
should get that checked out
I changed that for you.
