I do a brush without toothpaste, then eat and then brush with toothpaste. I run my tooth brush under hot %*% water before i do my before eating brush.

You wake up with mad germs in your mouth, you're eating them down along with your food

The very first thing I do when I wake up is brush my teeth, sometimes even before I take a piss. I can't stand that stank early morning breath, so I brushasap. Plus it's not like

I eat immediately after I wake up so by the time I do, the tooth paste taste is pretty much gone.
