They are reporting that she didn't even ram the barricade now and was just in front of it and the police approached her car with guns in hand. They have video of the chase now as well.
Conspiracy #1 - She was lost, saw the cops with guns drawn, freaked out and sped off, and the cops in return took this as a threat and starting shooting at her and killed her. Approached vehicle to find woman dead and baby in the back seat.
