Material looks just like the 2013 Playoff 8s which I personally like.

Comparing the blk infrared 6's to the 13 playoff 8's, same material just very slightly duller blk on the 6's.

Also the quality is so much better on the playoffs.  Perhaps, since these 6's are a wide mass-produced release (much higher quantity than the 8's) quality suffers..

Even the White / Infrared's had the translucent outsole...

Yea them playoff 8s are tough. I wear mine all the time. Extrememly durable shoe and one of the most comfortable retro Jordan's I own. They were a pretty big GR tho, surprised that the 2013 Playoff 8s would have better materials than these.
