Black guy hair cuts

Yeah Cole looking like the Afro dreads hairstyle in NBA 2k16 that a #FFFF-ty obviously designed. **** just looks ridiculous.

Weeknd the only dude who really pulling that off because it looks like he keeps his "dreads" neat somehow, while still looking free form.

Gunplay is the OG "wicked" up Godd. Gunplay >Weeknd

I am actually surprised someone didn't do this earlier because...
LOLOL!!!

It's one thing to Enhance your Natural Curl to your hair with a Sponge.

It's an entirely different thing to Create Fake Waves by putting temporary lines in your head.:{
...my Jamaican homie Krishna would do the same **** to start his wave pattern way back in high school. I graduated in 2001. No idea is original. :lol

The feels when your barber is booked until next Tuesday :{
Man. The gift and the curse. I gotta hit up my barber at like 7am. Dude stays with someone in the chair. Appointments are no longer an option due to people being buster status. :{

Is this wave cut length or a little to low also for someone who has never attempted to get waves what some stuff I should know?

Wave length on the top, sides are faded. Just brush & keep your hair moisturized. If you have the texture it'll wave up eventually.

That is where I would suggest you get your hair cut to begin from. Get it cut at that length, which looks to be a 1, and just brush/moisturize your hair.

You should be able to see some waves within 2-3 weeks if you start from there and brush while it grows for a couple weeks

This is probably a stupid question, but can someone explain what exactly the difference is between a fade and taper? I swear some people say they are basically the same and others say it's different. :{ :lol

It was always my understanding that a fade was around the whole head, i.e. low fade, mid fade, high fade, etc.

When it comes to tapers, I always associated it with a portion of your head. Such as, "taper the sides", or "taper the back"

So what the hell is a taper fade? If you are getting a fade, its the whole head, why would you need a taper on the sides or back also?

A taper is a type of fade...

High skin fade, low skin fade, taper fade... They're all just types of fades.

Some people say taper, some people say taper fade.

It's the same cutting technique. A "taoer" fade is just a specific type.

A burger is a type of sandwich, but you don't ask for a "burger sandwich". You just ask for a burger.

Same concept
