Yep. I explain from time to time how some people can get away with saying and doing certain things, but if I said or did those things I'd be "dangerous" or "scary" or something. Stimulus value is a thing. I get how it can make sense if you're just randos in a public setting. Like if I'm going down the street and see somebody I can "take", I'm not going to be sweating it nearly as much as if there's somebody that I'd lose to in a fight. Not even bringing weapons into it cause that's the great equalizer but you get the point.
But in settings where we're all co-workers, like he's describing, that shouldn't happen. If someone says or does something, it should be taken the same if it was me, or brad pitt saying it.
Now, those same systems of oppression come to play with women. A woman will offer her ideas in corporate settings and get ignored. A man will echo her thoughts or flat out just restate her ideas, and it's like "Wow Public Enemy, what a great idea!"
All this **** should stop. But since ****face Von Clownstick is now president, all the people who benefit from this disparate treatment are going to love keeping it going.

Dixon, Dies at 103Today, we honor the extraordinary life of Robert Walter Dixon, the last surviving Buffalo Soldier, who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 103.Born in 1921 in Manhattan, Dixon enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1941 at the start of World War II. He proudly served as a corporal in the Buffalo Soldiers regiment, where he and his fellow troops trained cadets at West Point in horseback riding and mounted tactics. These soldiers not only served their country but also broke barriers in the face of segregation and inequality.After the war, Dixon continued to exemplify leadership and service. He worked at IBM in Poughkeepsie, rising to become a manager before retiring in 1977. In his later years, he dedicated himself to his community in Albany, serving as a pastor and a civic leader. He chaired the city's Community Police Review Board and led efforts to memorialize the legacy of Rev. Stop it champ. We’re talking about a mayor of a major city in America that’s rocking a Mohawk……I say the hell with him. Not to mention he’s spending citizen tax dollars (of black Chicago citizens) on a bunch of ILLEGAL migrants that aren’t suppose to be here. Mayor Brandon Johnson is no friend of black residents of Chicago.
Those citizens are doing the right thing by calling Mayor Brandon Johnson out and making sure when the Feds do a sweep of illegals in Chicago that they take Brandon Johnson with them and get him up out of Chicago as well. He can sit next to the so called “people of color” as they all deported up out of here.

Yeah yeah yeah………the same old tired scare tactic that was said and NEVER implemented during Trump’s first administration is now the same old tired scare tactic that is being said…..and will once again NEVER be implemented during this next 4 years. I understand the frustration with seeing the "Divide and conquer" working on our folks but also acknowledge we are able to see it in real time. Intellectually and financially, we are in a place of privilege to even be ABLE to see it happening.
To expect poor folks that can barely rub two pennies together be able to rationally look at that situation is a lot to ask. To THEM, their families have been struggling for generations and all they see are newcomers getting handouts.
Perspective.
