Black Culture Discussion Thread

How come Black ppl like 574's so much? That's like the one New Balance sneaker accepted by "us" across the board. As a kid I remember always having a gray or navy pair.

As a first generation Haitian American it bothers me. But it’s nothing new. Slaves in this country. Blacks in the Caribbean. Blacks in Africa. It’s all the same exploit and double standards.

I agree with everything he said. Depersonalization, Thingification, the US military industrial complex numbing US citizens to atrocities happening to their very own countrymen. Very good interview.

"black and Samoan in my veins" oh, So Dwayne is black now? 🤣. He only claims that when it's convenient for you

I bought my first pair of new balances ever because they are the officially shoes of Figs. I didn't know it was a black thing.

Might cop :nerd:

I personally prefer the 996 which I own. This one looks too bulky

He had his whole black father on his biopic TV show. Just cause dude ain't walking around throwing black fists and rocking a dashiki 24/7 doesn't mean he doesn't acknowledge being part black.

I don't know what the cut off is for acceptable overt display of blackness for a mixed person. Not like my man went the Tiger WOODS route.

This is extra hilarious seeing as how many people on this website can't seem to understand the concept of agreeing with someone on certain stances & disagreeing with others.

Under their thought process anyone that agrees with Biden on other subjects also supports that bigotry.
