My aunt charged my mom $20 a week in the late 80s early 90s. Potty trained you, etc.
Daycares nowadays cost wayyyyyy more (as they should). If you want people to literally raise your kids (which happens a lot more nowadays) either pay the going rate or stop having kids.
Favoritism happens on every level in life.
