Bernie Sanders can win

Is he the one eliminating student loans? If so then let him in.
How does someone just eliminate student loans?
The government releases you as an obligee from your federal student loans.
This implies that the government would willingly take the L.

How about another alternative like student loans being discharged in bankruptcy? Or something like Germany's model where there are public colleges with difficult entrance exams and free tuition?

The latter does nothing to address the current trillion dollars outstanding in federal student loan debt so that's not an alternative.

Bankruptcy hands a massive L to the borrowers so that's not really a good alternative either.

Either way I haven't heard Bernie advocate for absolute debt forgiveness, just refinancing at lower rates.

^ Bankruptcy isn't nearly as big of a negative as it once was. Thank the recession and housing market collapse for that.

If they let student loans be discharged via bankruptcy, I'd be the first in line. :lol Not getting prime rates on loans/credit for a year or two would be so worth it to me.

That's the thing. Even if Bernie won he wouldn't be able to accomplish all of his goals in 4 or even 8 years. He'd just do like every other president and in his last 2 years start pushing **** through going over congress and using exec orders. Hoping it's followed up by the next press or that it isn't blocked by the supreme court.

And that's if Democrats have the majority seats. If it's the other way around, Bernie is screwed more than Obama implementing change. All those Bernie bros gonna be pissed thinking he's a failure cuz they don't fully understand this bureaucratic system. If anything all these ppl would be better off running for office themselves so they'd have a legion of allies in the House, Senate, etc. Then revolutionize **** but that's insanely unlikely.

Dems got to comfortable in 2008, thinking things were gonna be sweet from now on, even with a black president

And underestimated how much racism their was in this country, and when it started to manifest itself as the Tea Party, they weren't ready to fight back

And even if the Dems take back the Senate, the GOP will probably be ready and willing to waste another 6 years of the American people's time.

Remember it took 16 years from the failure of Hillarycare, to the passing of the ACA. Even then they were able to cut the balls of the ACA, basically giving them a proposal they would have been happy to take in 1992. :{ :lol

Then the GOP labelled the ACA extremism, and socialism :lol

These fools got a better long game that Tiger Woods circa 2000.

Dyson rolling with "HRC" last night on Real Time. Guess all that Bernie can actually do it is dying out now.

Rev. Al Sharpton also said he just had lunch with the man and hasn't decided who he is endorsing.
