Screen caps from a Simpsons mention of the book...
Why do two versions of something so random exist...
Wtf we need answers man. This is creepy
I think this might be a case of "stein" being far more common as a part of someone's last name than "stain", causing our minds to automatically make this long *** last name follow that precedence.
I know for a fact that once I got past "Beren", I wasn't really paying attention any more; I just mentally filled in the blank

seriously though. The mind sees, hears, reads and remembers things in ways that are familiar.
I bet 99% of you never noticed my SN is misspelled as dankenstIEn, not dankenstEIn.... Or maybe I just went back in history and altered my nick to cover up the great Berenstain Bears conspiracy.
Until someone explains that Simpsons thing I'm keeping an open mind on this [emoji]128064[/emoji]
Obvious answer is Photoshop but why would someone do it to something so random as opposed to an actual book.
Plus that **** is clean AF to be a photoshop.
IDK bruh...

Not one person ever thought it was dankenstain tho. Had it been berenstien We wouldn't be having this conversation. the crazy part is I remember the whole Stine vs. Steen part of it. And your gonna tell me it was stain the whole time. Nah b, I refuse to believe I'm an idiot.
What the hell is happening? This can't be possible.
I'm attempting to take a picture of my book I found at my mom's house and it's clearly BERENSTEIN. When I take the picture it shows up on my phone screen as BerenstAIn. This can't be happening. How is this possible?
