...Lets see what type of Hatred NT can come up with towards accomplished parents who work hard to keep smiles on their childrens faces (Something Parents are supposed to do IMO)

Even at the age of 22, if my mother bought be a 2010 S65, You better believe im making a thread about it once a week.....You think I OD on BMW post now?...let me get my rear-end inside of a S65... Dirty would probably Limit my Thread starting abilities from 2 to 0
You post your BMW in every thread, but i dont blame you, everyone should have something that they love. i put up 30k for the car and i dont givea *%%% if someone tries to tell me otherwise.

First time I've ever agreed with anything you've said

The reason Ben Barra doesn't get flamed is because he's Ben Barra, but more importantly, he bought his cars himself. So some dudes, especially the older heads, can respect that. I think the fact the he's worked for his riches allows Ben Barra to gain some respect, while this kid is seen as an annoying nuisance.

So if your parents told you they'd buy you a GT-R for your 17th birthday, you'd say no..?
Assuming thats a serious question based on the post you quoted... you might have made the dumbest post in this thread.

you need to just stop kid. you are only making it worse for yourself.

you really think any of us honestly believe a high school kid with rich parents put 30K of his own money up? more likely than not it is 30K of yourparent's money that came from an account in your name. your average high school kid doesn't have 30k in the bank. let alone to blow on a supercar.

just enjoy your car and attempt to learn some humility.

Like what, accomplishment? A good feeling of accomplishment is the same no matter if its getting a degree or out benching the next dude.

Oh, okay, so you wouldn't mind being a momma's boy? Is that what you're saying? If his parents came on NT, I would be the very first one to commenton how %%!!%% of a job they did raising this herb. Where is the humbleness of this "Sputnik" kid?

No parent should have to pamper their own kids with sports cars to make them happy. And to be completely honest, your definition of working hard to keep smileson their faces means using money to gain that. That is not how you should make your kids happy. I never got birthday parties, I never got Pokemon cards, Inever went to Chucky Cheese's, I missed out on 70% of what most kids got to do. Now I'm saying that it is okay to do those things for kids, but givinga teenager a sportscar is OD'ing it.

Man, some of you people have NO integrity whatsoever. Work hard for whatever you've gotten, and there will be no hatred. Get extremely nice things withoutworking hard, and you will get flamed for it especially if you flaunt it off. I have no respect for this joker because he definitely did not pay 30 grand forthis car, or if he did, it came from either his parents or his relatives. There are no "props" to hand over to this kid. Props for being afree-loader, I guess I could give that to him.

And yes I'm mad, so any of you gif-happy idiots on this forum who want to look cool at any given opportunity, go get yourself popcorn instead.

So parents shouldnt buy their children anything? Or they shouldnt buy their teens expensive sports cars? If they baught him an 89 civic its fine? Ur argumentis flawed because " expensive" is relative. To a poor person living in the poorest nation on earth, an 89 civic Is an expensive sports car

My mom is very accomplished and I don't take money from her... Couldnt ask for a better mom either, just sayin...

Props on the car...but I got a question for the OP...

How were you (at 17 years old) able to put down 30k of your own money for a car? Where did you get the 30k from?

Sputnik again...
smh.gif
Go post about something else rather than a car your mommyand daddy bought for you. BTW, you're still ugly.

Fam'...If im wealthy enough to buy my children a $80k car, you better believe he/she is getting that car. You and your family might work 9 to 5's"just to get by"...But I want my wife and kids to live comfortably with NO finacial worries AT ALL...Of course im going to teach my children toappreciate everything thats given to them and i'll make sure their Grades are up...But all-in-all...If my Children want something, and im able to provideit, they're getting it...Point blank.

You may call it "spoiling" them....I call it "living within my means"...and if a $80k car is "in my means", then so-be-it... andif someone like YOU wants to call my Child a "JOKER" because he/she is riding around in a $80k car provided by his hard working father, thenso-be-it...Have fun staring and frowning.

Thats cool, I feel the same way about my mother...We were "well off", not $80k for a car on my 17th birthday "well off", but she prettymuch provided me with anything I wanted...and I was a good kid, not spoild at all. And Im pretty sure if she was able to buy me a $80k car for my 17thbirthday, she would.

For those of you who didnt understand me when I said "Accomplished parents who work hard to keep their Children happy"....I didnt mean you MUST buyyour Child OD expensive material things to keep them happy, But as a Parent you should know what makes your child happy...of course the $45,000 5-Series wouldmake any 16-year-old happy...but if your capable of dropping $95,000 on a 7-Series without it putting a dent in your account, then why not?
