I get y'all wanna ignore details for the context of the pic but it's not gonna rock for anybody that peeped a few eps of the show and that's part of why the memes are funny in the first place.
If you never saw an ep of Arthur I don't get how this could be that funny to you.
These sort of jokes probably would work better with Doug and Skeeter though.
