dont drink @ a bar if you cant tip...grab a 6 pack and stay @ the crib, its sad when i see starving hipsters around my neighborhood buy a $7/8 pint of a good microbrew and tip like a quarter or nothin at all

it's a cheap move imo and a move that could get you into an altercation if the person who really gave that tip caught you doing it.
if your going to go out to bars, restaurants, etc don't limit yourself. the servers aren't entitled to a tip if the service is crappy then screw em but if they do their job right then they deserve a tip.
