Nah they break down to seasonal terms. If you get hired now you would start october to january 12 or 13 one of those.

is this job heavily dependent on sales goals? My girl is looking for a lil part time somethin but she hates sales. And when I worked finishline it was HEAVILY dependent on selling shoe soles and laces and other accessories.
She may do it if there is no quota.

Nope, you start at $11 or $12 an hour so theres no commission and if you visit Niketown you'll see everyone just stands around and wait for someone to say Size 9 plz

I won't even lie I use to enjoy the hell out of my pickup games as a young teen when the random old guy or two would play. Don't know what to expect, they know all the lil tricks, got that patented go to move
and I know not to judge a book by it's cover but some ppl you look at you can say "yeah he can probably play" but these old guys be looking like they never touched a ball in their life out their hooping with the most athletic ppl

You can but its worthless bc the managers on the floors are not the ones that pic you. It's some lady on the 7th floor that picks the people and see where they fit best in what floor.
When you get picked you get group interview and then that's when youll meet your managers.
