I was there 3 weeks ago and had a good time. Stayed at the MGM (missed the fight) for 4 days, ate good, drank good, chilled by the pool won a little $$.
The UNDFTD was lame though. Vegas gets my approval.

Vegas is a cool spot man.
I'm not saying its the BEST in the WORLD...but i mean its pretty good. I've went there with my boys and we had a crazy fun time. Gambling, drinking,clubs, women..whats not to like?
on the other hand, when i went with the wifey, it was also good. Rented a car and took a drive to Grand Canyon (which was pretty damn awesome) and the showswere amazing.
