Almost a year since the election---Do you regret voting for Obama?

No, because voting for Obama was the cool thing to do at the time.

I could only regret my vote if there was a better alternative.

I don't believe or trust any politician in the world until they prove trustworthy.

At this point, Obama has proven he isn't a real representative of "Change"

I voted for Obama because he was black; he's still black and America/politics is still BS

for dudes acting like he said he would fix everything inthe first year. He repeatedly said in the primaries that it would take atleast 1-2 terms.

Not at all, I wanted change in the office and here came a man who was not Caucasian and had a voice for the people. No regrets at all.

I don't at all regret my decision. I may not agree with some of the things he's decided to undertake(Olympics, war with Fox, stimulus) but all in all Ithink he's doing well on keeping his campaign promises. I also appreciate his foreign policy philosophy. I just hope he knows that his hand can't beextended forever.

'Let's let history dictate Bush's presidency.'

'Under a year in, yep, Obama is definitely the worst president ever. Anti-Christ.'

Nothing to regret on my end. I'm happy with the job that he has done thus far, he still has alot to do and improve upon however.

I dont regret it, but its a lil disheartening to have the "I told you so" attitude I have

I definitely wasnt feelin McCains politics, so voting for him wasnt really an option, but I really didnt believe Obama would accomplish many of his campaignpromises/goals. I was hopeful, but didnt expect it.

I didn't vote for him, but I regret being worried that he was actually going to be able to raise my taxes. Very glad he got elected. If Hillary wouldhave won she might have actually been able to get something done in terms of raising taxes.

Obama's hilarious and I think it's funny that everone loves him so much even though he is just a politician like every other one. Worth it on comedicvalue alone.

I mean, when I heard he was hosting a fundraising dinner for $15k a plate and 85% of the attendees were going to be top executives from Wall Street, I mean, does it get any better???? "I hate Wall Street....They are screwing up our country! Ummmm, hey Wall Street, can you give me some money?"

That's just awesome!

Pretty awesome of Obama to be able to do that actually.

What's there to regret? McCain was a prick for choosing an unqualified VP. So is the question do I regret picking Obama over McCain? NO

Hell no.

Politics are politics but the country is much better off with him. People expect for stupid things in stupid amounts of time. OBAMA DIDNT FIND THE FOUNTAIN OFYOUTH ALREADY!!!

coming from a black male in college.

Nope.

And he still has a long way to go after a mess Bush has left once he left office...so can we offer our first official judgments after the 2010 election cycle?

Ironically, when Joe Biden was running for president he called Obama unqualified.

Voted For McCain, glad i did cause Obama is a joke. Some are starting to realize it in another 3 years most of you will, but there will still be some ignorant%#% people that will think he did a good job for no reason though.

So, what qualifications did Obama have that Palin did not? Sarah Palin is a ditz, and I agree a poor choice, but she was/is more qualified for that VPposition than Obama was/is for the Presidency. I just can't accept that ridiculous argument, "I didn't vote for McCain because Palin wasunqalified" Do you guys realize Obama is probably the most unqualified president in history?

The question was can he have enough time to do enough to win a Nobel Peace prize, yet whenever someone criticizes him the excuse is "well hehasn't been in office long enough to do anything." So which is it? He's been in office long enough to do so much that he earned a Nobel PeacePrize, OR he hasn't been in office long enough for us to expect anything of him yet. You can't have it both ways.

i really wanna say this to the ppl who either support bush or hate obama.

can you plz post the numbers of the US (meaning economy, unemployment, our dollar vs foreign, etc)
from clinton to bush. then you will see why obama, nor ANY PRESIDENT MOST LIKELY WILL NEVER EVER FIX THE HOLE BUSH MADE. for the rest of history.
so do you honestly think that mccain would have came in and won the 1.3 trillion world lottery that they said he won in an email from a nigerian prince?
please tell me what would any1 else would do. please. IM BEGGING YOU GUYS.

WHAT THE +**% COULD ANY1 DO.

i honestly dont think obama is doing a good job. i voted for him.
and i honestly think that NO ONE could do a better job than he has.
cause he came into doo doo and he's still standing on it.

EDIT. JBurner that kush done fried your mind boy. he explicitly stated that obama won the nobel prize a lil after he won. he had the nobel before he evenstarted to do his job duke. and here you are trying to talk politics. go listen to some bob marley and "enhance your mind".

Qualifications such as the ability to speak coherently. The ability to address various groups of people. The ability to think out of the box. The ability to compose a thoughtful answer.

If you can't accept that reason why I didn't vote for McCain than I don't know what more to say to you. Palin was one of the reasons why I votedfor Obama. No way in hell would I risk having Palin one heart beat away from being President of the US considering our country is at war.

at the thought of military folks having to take orders from that dumb broad.
