Good for you. I own 86 pairs of sneakers and I own the box for all of them and they are in good condition. Thats my preference and most importantly my money.

After sitting with them (and trying them on lol), I’m not so disgruntled. The EP strip itself looks consistent on both shoes, leather is ok. Fit is good. EP on the heel is consistent. Speaking to the elephant print on the toe box, it’s mostly the same pattern except for one portion (which is weird lol).

I wasn’t returning anyway because it’s likely I’ll get a worse pair
