^The 3 pairs I’ve opened so far are made in Vietnam. I’ve got 2 from Nike UK and 2 from Offspring to get from the pick up point tomorrow but I expect them to be made in Vietnam too. It must be mainland Europe who dipped in with made in China pairs.

Perfect time to buy the 2018s again. Just purchased a pair for $250 brand new. I prefer the 2018s over 2024s. I should sell all 4 pairs of my 2024s idk why im hoarding them smh

FWIW, my 2 pairs from Nike Canada are also from Vietnam, and Nike Canada ships stock from the Netherlands, as they share inventory with Nike Europe. Think it might just be Asia who were blessed with the China pairs

Damn besides the glue stains, not bad. The glue would bother me, though…but it’s all good. I ended up just getting a pair on eBay for below retail. Saw the pics and was satisfied enough. Not the best pair but not the worst, eitherJust got mines from oneness. Couple glue stains on the inner part of the shoe. But EP match. VW1 ofc

Yeah people should post their pairs after they’ve worn them. I think the right shoe of my shock drop pair had the similar to OG shape that people want but after I wore my pair it immediately lost the sleek toe box.Yeah my VW pairs look nothing like this on the toe, I feel like I’ve seen OG’s with that stubby toe in pictures though
This factory/shape talk is gonna age horribly once we hit this time next year and people are actually wearing their pairs only to notice it makes no difference which factory made what, yet all these hoops were jumped through for a certain factory manufactured pair.

Fair enough; you're right. Just shocked b/c the shape on those just wasn't good, and the materials weren't nice. EP height and other issues aside.
I wore the heck out of mine and enjoyed them, but they never quite looked or felt great/right. Once I got my FRs and WCs, they became beaters and wet conditions shoes. Anyway, if you prefer them, great; to each their own.

“OG sneaker head” and “I prefer the 2018s” is about the single most contradictory statement you could ever say, absolutely zero OG fans claim the 2018 as anything but hot sticky garbage. 2024s aren’t perfect, but they’re miles closer to 1988 than the 2018s. To each their own though man and that’s why there’s variety.
