AE1s are a shoe I wanted to try out so badly. Copped my daughter a pair to hoop in since I couldn’t. Also, LOL at everyone crying on social media when Complex named them as the sneaker of the year. I thought it was deserved, because it was the first signature shoe that has come out in a long time that looked great and performed well. The fact that AE’s Q rating blew up at the same time also helped.

Also, Sabrina 1s need to be on that list too. Another pair that made me wish I could still hoop. First signature shoe from a woman that gained traction amongst NBA players. That says a lot.

Those AE1s are fire but I can't get jiggy with that big *** adidas logo on the bag. Just kills the whole aesthetic of the shoe for me.

If they would've took the minimalistic approach with the branding, I would've had 3 pairs already

Rounded toe with thin EP on the other.

The right shoe has a rippped stitch with torn leather as well - so they were going back either way. But still real disappointing.

People want what they can’t have. All JB has to do is drop inventory for like 12-18 months and make general releases harder to obtain again and the hype train starts all over . I’ve seen this movie before.

I’m not complaining about shoes being readily available either, I’m happy about it. It’s just common sense what happens next though.I think the only reason why it hasn’t happened already is because Nikes stock has been in the ****ter and they are running up numbers for the time being.

That right shoe front left toe print seems taller in height like the one I just returned to dicks. Except mine was hall tall and half low on one side.
