You lose more points than you earn when you use your coupons unless you spend $300+. It’s why I always just choose to pay full-price and never use any of my rewards so I can keep getting access.

No idea why I was given access on JD for big kids but no mens for ship to me. They gave me mens in store yesterday but my store doesn't let me use rewards on Jordans so I try to never do that unless I know for sure the kicks would be hard to cop on release day.

I’d call corporate on them if it was me. Ain’t no way lol. You should be able to use your rewards on any product at JD. Never been denied. You either pissed someone off at that store real bad or they’re just flat out lying to you, or both lol.

Believe it or not I did call JD customer support about this and they claimed to me its entirely up to the store if they will let you use the rewards. The one by my me is the only JD I've ever had that issue with which is why I rarely go to this location because of that.
