I guess. We'll see what kinda bull sh they cook to make these harder than usual. I think I'm gone get these and them bred 4s and I'm probably cool on a gang of sneakers for the next few years, and possibly forever. This stuff is kinda goof to me now.

Look pretty 85ish to me.... they're probably abandoning that name because they should've been doing all 1s this way instead of what they've been giving us.... they're obviously watching other manufacturers and they're success with 85 style 1s....

You're looking at an automated page-link to the official thread. What you're looking at is page 1 of that thread...... a Tweet from 2024....thus a sample from way back then.

If you read recent posts you would have seen this...

I know you be trolling but did you not read my post just above yours?!

What I was thinking 🤔, it would be nice to switch it up and give us the OG Blk/Royal ala 2001 treatment. Since their bringing that era box back, give the retro card, number tags, Jumpman hangtag, all of it.

....and while they're at it, give us the 03' run of mids too.

as much as I like the 85s and wanted the royals to release in 85s I like the look and comfort on the OG better... I know the leather is superior on the 85 but its too thick and stiff for me

Royals have little/no resale so I don’t see the point of them just releasing them again when so many are still available on the secondary market rn for not much more than retail. I get this years pair will use the new 2022 V2 OG High mold but I think adding the additional items you mentioned would at the very least make them more lucrative than buying a DS pair of 2017s or 2013s.
