Air Jordan 1 HIGH ‘85 "Neutral Grey" - Early 2021

Does anyone have any info on how many pairs of these were actually made?

I heard 23,000 early after release, but I don’t know if that’s accurate.

…seems like a small number.

I took off the taper on my pants so they can sit over the shoe. I love the look now.

I.D. on corduroy’s?

Personally I don’t think the leather on these is all that stiff, at least compared to what I was expecting.

Certainly stiffer than soft tumbled leather or the smooth buttery stuff, but it’s not rock hard or anything.

Out gettin donuts. I think I'm gonna coffee dip these at the end of the year and dye the midsole yellow so people respect these more.

Jk jk  these are so dang good to me now. They look so close to the OG now. The light Neutral Grey looks more like the darker "Natural" Grey now. Definitely taking side by side pictures with my DS pair just to see the transformation.

these look amazing. i wasn't convinced on the 85's until now.

To think these are going for retail and under is insane. I'm not mad, rather am glad that they can be had for a fair price, but I can't help but think back to when I paid $429 for my pair after thinking the price would only get worse. Never giving into FOMO again when it comes to high '85 releases unless it's an actual hype shoe like Black/Reds next year. I'll pay whatever I need to for those.

I would love to know the number of pairs that JB actually made.

That 23,000 figure seems like BS to me.

Even with the hype on 1s being gone and all, these would still have a decent resell value if the production number was so small.

Then again…I don’t know ****.

Overpaid for mine considering what market is now. Haven’t worn them in maybe two years cause I favor lows at this point (I’m washed). Seems like these are easily attainable at the current market, which is good.
Are you me because all of this.

I've only seen the high once or twice.

Keeping the high since I have a feeling I will eventually want to wear highs more than lows again.

The highs are great shoes, but I actually prefer the lows.

Not exactly sure why.

Been trying to get rid of the highs on eBay for a few months now.

…but it’s not a good market for 1s.
