How much?Well after 3 months of searching and tormenting myself I finally caved and bought my 11.5 off eBay. Most I’ve ever paid for a shoe by far, interested to see if I have buyers remorse even though I have the nostalgia of owning back in 1985.
I low balled every reseller in North America and gave in at $450. $508 after tax and shipping. How much?
Damned if you do damned if you don’t, I was planning on waiting it out for a used pair but couldn’t do it. If they’ve not been worn a lot like you said you saved $85.I was about the pull the trigger at $500 yesterday but a used 11.5 popped up on the GOAT app for $415 so I pulled the trigger and used some credit. Was planning on wearing so saving the $85 seemed worth it as these looked to be in pretty good condition outside of slight toebox creasing and some dirt on the bottoms which should clean up nicely. How did I do?
Did we ever get a true production count on these? Was it really just 23,000?
What’s your guess <100,000>?That was the Black/Red.
What’s your guess <100,000>?
Yeah the pricing on these is surprisingly low for a pair of 1s with simply color-blocking in the post-TS/OffWhite/ESPN documentary era, let alone an OG colorway retro'ing for the first time.No idea, man. What does it matter? The price is reasonable considering the market we are in, regardless of numbers. Buy em if u like em.
Gotta be DS for that much but that’s just me.
