The best rappers alive right now or the best rap artist?

If it was for Rappers,

For me, i'd put Slim at 3, Jay @ 2 and Nas @ 1.

Also, i'd add J. Cole and take out Ross.

If it was for best rap artist,

i'd put Kanye 1, Drake 2, and the others i wont care.
List is still accurate, though imo.

What has he done that makes him more deserving than Drizzy or Rozay??...

We all know what he's capable of with tracks like "Power" & his verse on "Life Fast, Die Young" but for all intents and purposes, he hasn't made a RAP album since 07...

Drizzy is fresh off a CLASSIC, Rozay is off a near classic, and his new album is lookin like its goin be somethin special...

Haven't heard the album...

I've heard good things about it...

But I NEVER really been an Outkast type of guy, I've heard ONE of their albums all the way through...
