Yea, I dip dyed them. I’ve done it before. You would also need to paint them or they will look like this

i'm in there i like this idea and it seems easy enough and i know with the painting you have to use the softner for fabrics

My problem with those is the midsole is boring AF. The allure of the 700s definitely was the interesting upper and midsole, these just ain’t it.

exactly. The Mauve was saved by the upper and the neon eyes.
But a chunky big outsole without detailing is just boring...

I don’t think the Mauve’s were saved by anything. I saw em in person for the first time yest...i’m not gonna trash them...but I wasn’t impressed. Once the triple black 700s come out...I think Mauves will be even less desirable.

Still iffy on Mauve’s...Nothing really grabs me with the colorway...It’s definitely a shoe that you need to see in person before making a firm decision on a purchase...
Getting them under retail is always an exciting prospect for my cheap self, but I think the black 700’s should be the play...

I think the opposite will happen. Mauves are tonal and different, the triple black V2 will DEFINITELY be
a hit but people will look to the Mauves in the future when they're sick of monotone drops.

yeah I got mine for a steal, but considering my usage(5x a week almost), it's definitely an essential for my current winter rotation.
They take a good beating well and doesn't show imperfections... like a good Asian boy.
Light snow, heavy rain... it still looks VNDS.

Yea man it’s dope when they give you a blank canvas. I feel that’s why they gave us so many creams to work with. Hes kicks made a video that gave me the idea. You can watch that for any help with the process.
I’ve also done a few other customs. Once you start, It def makes you try more things

Static 700s look good to me because they look like White/Grey Nike Air Tuned Max's from 99.. saved up all summer to get them in 2000 and had a pic of them on my calendar on the day that I would have enough to buy them and they were sold out lol.
