END usually charge at RETAIL in their GBP currency. If you convert 300£ to USD, you get roughly $385-$390. Some overseas shops don't convert the currency and sell it at either 300£ or 300€. hence the reason for END always "seemingly" charging above US retail. Sivas is also the same

They said that the PayPal terms and conditions wouldn't allow random selection raffles or something. So they were working with PayPal to figure out a solution.

The issue for us is that if you don't use PayPal and use a CC, sometimes banks will flag CC purchases as potential fraud... and then you lose your raffle win, even if you allow the charge on your phone or whatever

Yes, but there is no reason for them to overcharge Europeans.
