Honestly with those BAIT EQTs I'd say if you don't mind a little extra room length wise go TTS but personally I don't so if I had the option I probably would've gone a half size down

I got 11.5 in these and they fit me perfectly. I wear 12 in 1.0's and V2's, and 11.5 in 2.0/30

3.0 is a 10. 350v1 is a 9.5. Pk nmd is a 9. V2s in a 10.5 fit well, but I haven't tried a 10 yet.
