after i bought the TB on adc with paypal,  30 mins later i got a possible fraudulent phone call from paypal and the automated voice asked me if it's legit and to approve it by pressing 1.  

I used the Amazon payment option. Still not sure why I just didn't hit the PP button instead lol.
